I agree with you, such activities help to prevent such diseases. But to do it, it has to be interesting, because no one wants to just wander around their house for a few hours. I want to tell you about my own case, I recently returned from trekking in Nepal. I took part in 3 days trekking, it was wonderful, I saw so much beauty, got a huge amount of emotions, breathed clean mountain air. In addition, it is not only good for the body, but I also got emotional relief and in general, rested morally. Therefore, I advise everyone who has the opportunity to go to Nepal - do it.
